CAFE CORRIDOR 铜锣湾 Hong Kong
There are three things why I would recommend Cafe Corridor at Hong Kong.
First: it’s the best latte I’ve ever had.
Second: it’s the only latte I would go back in Hong Kong.
Third: If only they offer bottomless lattes, I would go for that.
No matter how dank and dirty the corridor is (and plastered with adults only posters!), I would squeeze myself in that narrow alley right across Times Square for my cup of latte. It is the only cup of latte whose latte art stays at the bottom of your cup. It’s pretty amazing how they do it, but one can expect only the best latte from an experienced Barista. If you’re lucky, you might be pretty lucky to encounter the Master Barista doing your cup when he’s around.
Cafe Latte – HKD 35
There are no words. You have to try it yourself to know how good it is.
Mushrooms on Toast – HKD 55
You can also eat all-day breakfast at Cafe Corridor. This Mushroom on Toast is earthy in flavor. A bit salt is needed to enhance the taste, but it’s nevertheless a good breakfast.
Regardless of the food, the coffee here is amazing. I’ve tried Coffee Academics, 18 grams, Unar Coffee and as far as my coffee preferences go, Cafe Corridor wins my vote.
