If there was anything you didn’t know about the people who live in Quezon City, they have a knack for finding the best hole-in-a-wall restaurants. If you’ve read my previous list on Top 10 Most Popular Restaurants in Quezon City, they love heading to the most secluded areas and really line up for anything that is worth their buck. The notable characteristic? Value for money and quality in food.
And if you think they all like to line up for shawarma or roasted chicken, think again. The people in Quezon City will also fill up the most quaint patisserie in honor of their sweet tooth.

1. PURPLE OVEN, F7 Scout Rallos

For the people of Quezon City, the opening of Purple Oven at F7 Scout Rallos is great news. Right after they line up at Senor Pollo or have a round of drinks at Uncle Moe’s Shawarma Hub, they simply couldn’t pass up lemon bars and a slice of Devil’s Cake.
Oh and they also have a wide selection of breads for take home.
2. MRS GRAHAMs MACARON CAFE, Scout Rallos

Just right beside Purple Oven, is the tiny Mrs Grahams Macaron Cafe. Have you heard of Ensaymada, French Toast, and Pancake macaron flavors? You can only have them at Mrs Grahams Macaron Cafe along with your butterbeer latte and TWG teas. Surprised?
3. LA VIE PARISIENNE, Tomas Morato

A local of Cebu, La Vie Parisienne resides at the ground floor of the Hotel Rembrandt offering a wide selection of wines and pastries from eclairs to croissants. Sip a cup of Almond Mocha or a glass of wine with a friend or two. (They also serve sandwiches at their deli.)

Everybody loves cheesecakes. That’s what Fleur De Lys is known for and people are flocking to their restaurant to get a slice of Quezon City’s Best Kept C-cret, The Majestic dark chocolate orange meringue, Copacoban-Na!, and of course, their Cheesecakes, by Request.

When I say the people in Quezon City love desserts, they really do ~ and they take it in like their main entrees. Enter Love Desserts, where you’ll be served unlimited desserts for just P199. Now they really Love Desserts. At a highly irregular time for desserts of 7pm, people will get their fill of cream puffs, sylvannas, crepes, halo halos ~ virtually any dessert you can think of exists at Love Desserts, for 2 hours.

Remember the time when Conti’s had a huge tent outside of their branch at Connecticut and people had to queue for their cake? Estrel’s had roughly the same crowd of people who have reservations for their made to order caramel cakes, sans rivals, and Food for the gods cake that people love. (I think Estrel’s Caramel Cake tastes like Tokyo Banana.)
