Geraldine’s Favorite is now my favorite too. Their crepes, made of buckwheat flour, are so succulent once that vanilla cream melts on top. Where it melts, the crepe absorbs that lava made out of salted caramel butter. Underneath the crepe: slices of caramelized apples, fresh and crunchy.
Come here early because the line can get very long and takes time for the food to come out.

P.S. I waited 45 minutes for the food to come out and the restaurant did warn me it was going to be a long wait. But then, a 45 minutes waiting time is peanuts for me. I’ve queued at restaurants for 3-4 hours in the past and the food hasn’t even come out yet. You know what they say, good things come to those who wait!
