Forty Hands, Tiong Bahru, Singapore
Forty Hands is wedged between cozy coffee shops and restaurants at Yong Siak Street. But if you do your research, you’ll know that Forty Hands is popular among locals and expats for their spicy potatoes.
I’m a huge fan of it, and the spinach was even better than the protein. Eggs and the bacon were just passable, a bit tougher to chew.
The latte was quite good, surprisingly!
If you’re around Tiong Bahru and feel like discovering a new brunch place, I’d recommend Forty Hands. The place is small. Though they have a covered backyard, the place is sweltering hot and the A/C doesn’t work sometimes, so wear cool clothes!
