Lobster Noodle
You might run into some problems translating the menu, but show this photo to the waitstaff if you want to eat Lobster Noodle. We had some difficulties letting them know that we wanted the lobster noodle, but it was worth all the hurdle. It’s creamy and filled with lobster flavor.
Roast Goose
It wasn’t the best roast goose in Hong Kong, but Ho Choi’s version is good enough to pair with the lobster noodle. Order some white rice to go along with the roast goose and plum sauce too.
The restaurant is hustling and bustling with lots of locals and in a traditional Cantonese slash dimsum restaurant case, it is pretty full house most of the time.
