TRATTORIA REGGIANO Las Vegas: I Fell In Love with Italian Cuisine Over Again

Trattoria Reggiano

I only have the sweetest, loveliest words to compliment Trattoria Reggiano in Las Vegas. If you must try an Italian restaurant in Las Vegas, don’t miss out Trattoria Reggiano.

I have proclaimed my love for Italian cuisine over and over again in this blog. If Japanese cuisine didn’t exist, Italian cuisine is my first love. At Trattoria Reggiano, they made me fall in love with Italian cuisine over again.

Never mind the long waiting line at their store in The Venetian – Palazzo Grand Canal Shoppes, because it is worth the long wait.

At Trattoria Reggiano, you are served with authentic Italian cuisine that is reminiscent of a street-side restaurant. There are no frills when dining at Trattoria Reggiano. Each dish is familiar to everyone who loves a good Italian dinner.

Complimentary Homemade Garlic Dinner Rolls

Trattoria Reggiano Las Vegas

I don’t know what kind of voodoo magic they’ve done with their garlic rolls, but every bite was a smack in heaven for me. The rolls were hot, pillowy soft and so buttery, I didn’t mind my fingers getting all greasy! To this date, I have not found garlic rolls similar to this. This is ultimate bread heaven.

In traditional Italian cuisine, you dip these garlic rolls in EVOO and black vinegar. All the more love.

Burrata Mozzarella Caprese – $14

Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza got nothing on Trattoria Reggiano’s Burrata. This is the real deal. The mozzarella ball was neither too tough to slice nor too fragile to break.

Spaghetti and Meatballs – $18

If there is one dish you must order at Trattoria Reggiano, it is their signature fillet mignon meatballs. Delicious, meaty and juicy, the meatballs are one of the best I’ve tried. In our case, we wanted to try out their pasta and this didn’t disappoint. Al dente, tomato, chewy ~ perfect pasta is what it is.

Chicken Parmigiana – $22

Trattoria Reggiano Las Vegas

You don’t eat at Trattoria Reggiano without trying out their Parmigana dishes. This is one of the best Chicken Parmigiana I ever had, drizzled with their traditional San Marzano pomodoro sauce.

When we left Trattoria Reggiano, I feel like I left my heart in their restaurant. I would go back in a heartbeat and try out their Neapolitan style brick oven pizzas.

Trattoria Reggiano is one of the few restaurants that have gained a 5/5 rating on Taste and Originality here at Candid Cuisine.
