Yes, you heard it. Baristart, the purveyors of Hokkaido Jersey Biei Milk is about to land in Manila.
Well, at least, based on the Instagram page setup and the pinned location readied on Google Maps. Let’s cross our fingers that they will push through their expansion plans.
To the uninitiated, Baristart Coffee is well-known in Japan for their delicious cream puffs and Hokkaido carbonara. They have branches in Malaysia, Singapore, and Baristart Coffee is opening soon in Manila, Philippines.
I, myself, have hailed Baristart as the best cafe to produce cream puffs in Singapore, and I have tried many from Chateraise to Hattendo and Cafe Ma Maison!
Just look at that cream.
Their Hokkaido carbonara is one of the best I’ve tried as well in Singapore. I’m looking forward to how they would execute this in Manila. But of course, I don’t want to get my hopes up. Having a steady supply of Hokkaido Jersey Biei milk is the KEY.
Love their latte as well. Baristart in Tras Street, Singapore is one of my go to coffee shops to chill.
