How to make frozen meatballs recipe
This is kind of similar to the dumplings recipe, very easy to make, but this is homemade meatballs that we are talking about! This is perfect for topping on rice or on red sauce pasta.
1 kg ground pork
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 whole garlic, minced
6 to 7 medium onions, minced
1 tbsp. Salt
A pinch of pepper
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 cup potato starch
2 cups cooking oil for deep frying
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Let it sit for 30 mins to marinate. T
3. Form it into balls.
4. You can use 1 Tablespoon for measuring oil. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Fry at least 10 to 15 pieces at a time depending on the size of your pan. Do not overcrowd the meatballs.
6. Fry until golden brown.
You can freeze the uncooked ones and seal in an air-tight container. Shelf life of this frozen meatballs is up to a month, perfect for keeping food during a lockdown!
