Niagara isn’t all about the Niagara falls. This beautiful town has quaint shops forming the bread and butter of Niagara, from a winery academy to a store that celebrates Christmas all year long.
Here are some of my favorite snaps when I was touring Niagara.
Niagara growers supplies wine around the world, much like Napa Valley with their California vintages. When in Niagara, Ice Wine is their local alcohol specialty. It isn’t for everyone though. Ice Wine is super sweet, almost like melted candy syrup.
Always, always get maple delights — maple butter, maple candy, maple ice cream, maple bacon, maple leaf treats… Strong yes.
