I found a taste of Switzerland in the Philippines.
I was extremely impressed at Crosswinds Tagaytay. I truly enjoyed the tall cypress-like trees and the long winding roads leading to the Windmill cafe.
There’s a lot of variety in Windmill’s menu, but I recommend getting their french toast. It’s pillowy soft with the right amount of eggs and perfect to dip in maple syrup. It comes with sausage and eggs on the side. I’m not a huge sausage fan, but the sausage is pretty good. Scrambled eggs were so so.
Makes me want to check-in at a resort suite here and wake up to this view everyday.
If you have some time while visiting Manila, I recommend going to Crosswinds and having a cup of coffee at Windmill.
